I got nominated as 'Best Youth Entrepreneur' in 'Africa Italy Excellence Awards' + Photos from my Modestep VIP treatment.

My dear blog readers, I have a good news for you.....I have been nominated for the 'Africa Italy Excellence Awards' for the category of Best Youth Entrepreneur of the year. I was nominated not only because i run my things, but also because i give back to the society the proceeds i get from my blog.

From the proceeds of this blog, i started a yet to be registered NGO - 'Breed The Child Foundation' which oversees the little uncared-for children between the age of 6-15 from unavailable parents in my community. These children have no moral supports, they hook-up with hoodlums, they are uncared for, they have got parents who care less about what's happening in their kids lives, they are filled up with anger and frustration which often led them into violence and majority of the parents can't even afford their children's primary school education.

I cannot go out to talk to the ladies and guys here who are involved in crime and prostitution, but with the help of my team, i can breed and inculcate good moral upbringing into the little ones at home who are growing up without good role models and moral supports and make them independent thinkers who can create great ideals without fear of being shut down, give scholarships to those who are interested in education and teach others who who aren't, some handwork skills and trades.
So, to vote for me, please click HERE and vote my humble self, Edoh Cynthia Ese, as the 'Best Youth Entrepreneur' in the Green Star Category. PlZ.....SUPPORT YOUR GIRL!!!!!

Spain tightens it's Africa border with barbed wires to keep out African illegal immigrants from entering.

Bad news for African illegal immigrants trying to whisk themselves into Spain as Spanish authorities have started to shoring up their borders by installing barbed wire on the triple border fence that separates its north African territory of Melilla from Morocco, a key entry point for migrants trying to enter Europe illegally.

Barbed wire started being placed on the top of several sections of the seven-metre (23-foot) high fence last week to "reinforce security a bit", a spokesman for government of Melilla told newsmen on Monday. Barbed wire had been used before in Melilla but was removed from the top of the border fence in 2006 after causing injuries to migrants as they tried to illegally enter the territory.

Forty-eight surveillance cameras already watch over the 11-kilometre (seven-mile) long fence which loops around the city until it reaches the Mediterranean coast. At night the fence is lit up along its entire length to help spot migrants trying to enter the Spanish territory, which has 80,000 inhabitants. The Spanish branch of Amnesty International said it was "deeply worried" over the installation of barbed wire on the border fence. "The response of the Spanish government to the migratory pressure is moving away from the respect of the rights of people who try to enter our country and is a serious step backwards," it said in a statement.

Cecile Kyenge faces more racial abuse as Italian politician posted the head of a monkey on woman's body to his facebook page.

A member of Italy’s anti-immigrant Northern League party has sparked outrage after a photo of a black politician with the head of a monkey appeared on his Facebook profile, a suspected reference to Italy’s Integration Minister, Cecile Kyenge.

The offensive post appeared on the public Facebook profile of Fabio Rainieri, a former MP and the Northern League’s Regional Secretary for Emilia, Northern Italy. The image, which shows a black minister with the head of a monkey under the caption: "Guess who it is???" has now been removed.

When contacted by newsmen, Rainieri denied that the image was directed at anyone in particular.

"It's not written anywhere, there's no reference to her. If you say so then I’ll take legal action," he said. The former MP even claimed that he had nothing to do with the post: "I didn't write it, it was whoever manages my Facebook page." When asked why he had finally decided to take the post down Ranieri said: "I took it down because I don't like this kind of thing. Cartoons are fine, but not this kind of thing."

Video: Gamu, the rejected 2010 X Factor contestant is back with her debut single 'Shake The Room'

www.allaroundgist.com21 years old Zimbabwe born singer, Gamu Nhengu, is now a star in her own right as she launch her career after Cheryl Cole axed her out from the X Factor 2010, she dusted herself off and recored a whole album. #that's what i call rejection and rebirth#
The pop star share her debut music video 'Shake the room' with the DailyMail. She used the 1960s sounds and mixed it up with a contemporary twist of RnB sounds.

She told DailyMails: I wanted to make something that would last, something timeless, classic and classy like a Chanel suit. It was all about what direction i wanted to take, about trying to find who i was. Most of the songs are about love, because i wanted to sing about what i knew, I wanted things i could relate to: being in love, and heartbreak. The same things any young person will write about, really. Music has always been an escape for me. I wrote my first song when i was six, and even in nursery school, i was in every play. If you are African, music is embedded in you. If you are doing the dishes, you are singing.
Having grown up in Harare, Zimbabwe, she moved to a small Scottish town of Clackmannanshire when she was young and later auditioned for X Factor in 2010 where she got booted off and then the media exposed her family's visa statue, even though they have always lived in the UK legally. And the case was dismissed in minutes after it went to court.

"It was all overwhelming, i couldn't go to get my eyebrows done without someone chasing me down the street and offering me a record deal or saying they could do this thing or that thing for me, but though i was very flattered that people were interested, i needed to feel comfortable, like i wasn't selling myself short. So i waited for the tight thing." she said'.

She signed to Scottish independent label GSound Records because according to her, "it felt like a family"

SHOCKER: Nigerians sitting on a moving train like monkeys.

Naija na wa...!
How could people be toying with their lives like this?
When something tragic happens, they will start blaming the government and the witches in their village. Why can't we use our common sense instead of behaving like animals?
When people call us animals, we flare-up whereas we actually behave like animals.
